Using Reflect
What is Reflect?
Reflect is a daily journaling app built on a single prompt. One question a day. Answer it. The habit is thinking deeper — the compounding is understanding yourself better.
How does the daily prompt work?
Every day, Reflect gives you one question. You write your answer, and that's your entry for the day. Prompts are varied and designed to go beyond surface-level journaling.
Can I write more than just answering the prompt?
It depends. The prompt is there to remove the blank-page problem, not to limit you. Write as much or as little as you want for that entry however you can't create new entries - atleast for now.
What happens if I miss a day?
Nothing bad. We will catch all prompts you miss and show you them another day.
Can I edit or delete past entries?
Yes, you're always in control of your own entries — edit or delete them at any time.
Is Reflect available on iOS and web?
Yes. Reflect works on the web at reflect.minimalmind.io and as a native iOS app.
Does Reflect work offline?
Entries sync when you're back online. Offline support depends on the platform you're using — check the app for current behaviour.
Privacy & data
Who can see my journal entries?
Only you. We don't read your entries except where reasonably necessary — for example, investigating abuse, responding to a support request you've raised, or meeting a legal obligation.
Do you use AI to analyse or read my journal?
No. Your entries aren't processed by AI or used to train anything. We may introduce AI features later to enhance your experience however we will be completely transparent with you on this. Can I export my data?
Yes, at any time, whether your subscription is active or lapsed. See our Privacy Policy for details.
What happens to my entries if I delete my account?
Your data is deleted when you delete your account. Export anything you want to keep first — deletion is permanent.
Billing & subscription
How much does Reflect cost?
£2.99/month, or £23.99/year if you pay annually.
Is there a free trial?
No. Reflect is a straightforward paid subscription from day one.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, cancel whenever you like from within the app. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.
What happens if I stop paying?
Your account moves to read-only. You keep access to your existing entries and can export them, but writing new entries is disabled until you resubscribe.
Do you offer refunds?
Beyond the UK's statutory 14-day cooling-off period (which ends once you start using the app), we don't offer refunds — standard for subscription software.
The Blocks Suite
What is the Blocks Suite?
Blocks is Minimal Mind's suite of single-purpose daily apps. Reflect is the first — one prompt, one answer, one habit. Each Block that follows does one thing well, with nothing extra bolted on.
Does my Reflect subscription give me access to the rest of Blocks?
Not automatically. Each Block is its own product with its own subscription. Once three or more are live, we'll introduce a Suite Pass — one bundled subscription covering the full suite at a lower combined price than paying for each individually.
